The Flying Bedroom

The Flying Bedroom was created in 2017 by Little Light Dance & Digital Theatre in collaboration with the author Heather Dyer.

Funded by Arts Council of Wales, Creu Cymru, Venue Cymru and Firefly Press Publishing.

The show toured to theatres accross Wales between 2017-2018 and was nominated for Best Children’s Show and Best Choreographer (Lisa Spaull) by the Welsh Theatre Awards.

The Flying Bedroom was created for Family Audiences and used a spectaular fusion of high energy dance and performance with advanced real-time lighting and projection systems to create an immersive and magical show.

The show took the audience on a fantastical adventure through volcanos, under the sea and even to the moon!
